Coffee is essential to almost everyone: no matter the place or the occasion, it always goes well.
And besides delicious, it’s also versatile - you can even eat coffee! But, don’t worry! You won’t be chewing coffee beans. We will show you how to prepare a delicious coffee mousse, perfect to be served as a dessert or a sweet snack.

Yield: 6 portions
200 ml of brewed coffee
200 g of melted semisweet chocolate
200 g of cream from milk
400 g of sweetened condensed milk
1 packet of unflavored gelatin powder
First, prepare the gelatin. Then, mix the gelatin with condensed milk, cream, coffee and chocolate using a blender. Don’t stop till you get a smooth mixture. Dispense it using the dessert set and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Tip: serve it with chocolate chips and crushed chestnuts. Simply delicious!
